Orange County Sheriff’s Investigator Honored
For Exemplary Service – The second of the three Sheriffs’ Institute Deputy of the Year Awards was presented to Investigator John O’ Brien, who was unable to attend the award ceremony at the Sheriffs’ Association Conference in April.
