Our 2022 continuing education training program for ​Sheriff’s jail administrators is scheduled for ​September 26-29, 2022  at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY.  Monday, ​September 26 will be a travel day and also some of our committees may meet during the afternoon.  We are back to our full schedule, so we will have full training days on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a half day on Thursday.  I have already emailed Carrie Hill, a well-known national expert on corrections legal matters, and she has agreed to present at the conference…we will likely give her a full day for her training program.  Many of you will remember Carrie from past conferences and other trainings, and she is a great resource for all jail administrators in the country.

The registration fees are as follows:

• The registration fee to NYSSA is $200.00 for those staying at the hotel.  This includes our ​actual ​costs for conference and hospitality rooms, presenter expenses, IT services, and the Tuesday night dinner
  

• The registration fee to NYSSA is $350.00 for commuters.  This includes our actual​costs for conference and hospitality rooms, presenter expenses, IT services, the Tuesday night dinner, along with hotel expenses (billed to us) for continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, service fees and ​​all ​lunches​ ​.
  

• Note that these fees have not increased for several years!
